A stunning new barn conversion made from traditional natural stone set in the heart of Sherston village near Tetbury.
Our Rooms.......
We have four letting rooms, one double, one kingsize and two twin rooms. Our rooms are individually furnished and decorated and we provide fresh white linen and soft towels for your comfort. Full size toiletries are available for your use in all the bathrooms.
We have a folding guest bed which can be put into Room 3 or 4 for an additional charge.(It is suitable for a child or small adult only). By prior arrangement only please.

Room One
Room One is a sumptuous double room with expansive views over the garden and the fields beyond.
Although not a huge room, it features a recently restored and re-upholstered king-size mahogany four poster bed.
This room has a newly added luxurious en-suite bathroom with underflloor heating and a walk-in shower with overhead rain shower plus hand held attachment.
There are tea & coffee making facilities with a wide selection of beverages and biscuits provided. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen digital tv with dvd player, a radio clock alarm, a hairdryer and a hot water bottle in the room for your convenience and comfort. Wifi available.
This warm, cosy and romantic room is ideal for special occasions or just as a well-deserved treat.
Room Two
Room two is a cosy twin room with views over the garden and the fields beyond.
A kettle is provided together with a wide selection of beverages and biscuits. A hairdryer, hot water bottle and Radio Clock Alarm are supplied for your comfort and convemience. Flatscreen Digital TV with DVD player. Wifi available.
This room has a private toilet and shower room which is for your sole use and is situated directly opposite the bedroom.
Room Three
Room Three is light and spacious with a dual aspect overlooking the front of the house to one side and trees & fields to the other.
It is a large comfortable room with a double bed, flatscreen digital TV with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities with a good selection of beverages and biscuits, radio clock alarm and a hairdryer. It has an a bright and airy ensuite bathroom with a full-sized bath with shower over.
Room Three has the advantage of having a small kitchen area with sink, combi microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, making it ideal for persons wishing to self cater for either long or short stays.
There is a desk for work and we have wifi should you need it. There is direct access to the room without coming into the main house making it the perfect accommodation for persons working away from home who would prefer to have more independence and privacy. Guests are welcome to use our laundry facilities for a nominal charge (£3 per load) and an iron & ironing board are available for your use.
Of course, self-catering is not compulsory and we are happy to supply breakfasts and meals as required.
Room Four
Our twin bedded studio flat is a light and spacious self-contained apartment which is often let on a long term or regular Mon - Fri let basis. It has a dual aspect overlooking the fields to the front of the house and trees & fields to the side.
The flat has twin beds, wardrobe, table & chairs, sofa etc. There is an induction cooking hob, microwave oven, fridge, sink, kettle, crockery & cutlery and therefore is ideal for self catering. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is direct access to the flat without coming through the main house and therefore is ideal for someone looking for independence and privacy. Residents are welcome to use our laundry facilities for a nominal charge of £3 per load and there is an iron & ironing board available for your use.
Whilst some residents in this flat provide their own meals and do their own cleaning, laundry etc, this can be done for you for a reasonable charge. Please call us for more details as rental rates vary depending on duration of your stay and the services you require.
This flat is a very cost effective way to work away from home without running up large bills for hotels and restaurants.
